Shipping method
Receiving the Order
You can receive your order at the chosen address (domicile, office, etc.) or at the store Rapa.
Delivery time
For shipments in shop Sara Rotta Loria it takes 2 to 3 working days, for standard shipments it takes 3-5 working days (from 5 to 7 working days for Sardinia, Sicily and Islands)
Shipping fees
For deliveries at the store, shipping is free.
Standard Shipping Costs are:
- 10 € for Italy. On the outside to be calculated on request..
- FREE in Italy for orders over 190 EUR
Home delivery
If you have chosen home delivery mode, we will send you an e-mail to confirm your shipment (once the order has expired from the warehouse), with order tracking code (with link to the courier website).
Delivery at the shop Rapa
If you have chosen the delivery mode in the store we will let you know the arrival of the goods by mail (you have 15 days to withdraw the goods). You must show the order number.
